Ham & Mushroom Pizza

We love pizza around our house, but it’s so bad for you when you order out, so we decided to make a healthier version and it is so yummy! Adam asks for me to make it all the time! I use Ham & Mushrooms to keep the fat content down, pizza sauce, and 2% Italian Cheese blend.

I use the 2 packets of dough you can buy that you just add water to. I mix it, then cover and let sit for 5 mintutes. Then I press it into the pan with my floured fingers, spray it with olive oil spray (fat free), and add a light sprinkle of garlic powder all over. Then I pre-bake the crust in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until it stops looking gooey. Once the crust is ready, I top with pizza sauce (store bought), mushrooms, deli ham, and the 2% shredded Italian cheese. Then I spray the outside of the crust with the olive oil spray. Put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is all bubbly and begins to turn golden brown. It’s so easy and takes no time at all!
