Chicken Stir-Fry Pasta

This is a super easy, healthy delicious meal! It’s become a staple in our house. I found it in my Food & Family magazine from kraftfoods.com last year. It takes no time to throw together and you have a delicious meal that looks like it took a lot of effort, with really none at all! One of the main ingredients is Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing which is really delicious. It’s my favorite dressing to eat on salads now too. Enjoy!

Ingredients
8 oz. Angel Hair pasta
2 cups broccoli florets

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips (I cheat and buy the already cut stir-fry strips)
1/2 Kraft Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. each ground ginger, garlic powder, crushed red pepper
1/3 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts (I left these out)

Directions
Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.
Meanwhile, spray large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. Stir in dressing, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper. Cook until heated through.
Drain pasta and add to chicken mixture, tossing lightly. Serve and enjoy!
