Fresh from Scratch Guacamole

Recently, we had an opening ceremonies party for the olympics, much like this one we had for the last summer olympics, where everyone had to bring a dish from another country. I had gone to our new Earth Fare grocery and been given a sample of guacamole and it was so good! And as a bonus they were handing out the recipe! So I decided to make that for our party. I have made this easy guacamole before, but never fully from scratch. This one was so fresh, delicious and addicting! Definitely my new go-to guacamole. Plus it took no time at all to make. Great for a party or a topping for your mexican meal.

  2. This recipe looks very similar to one I made from Alton Brown (it's actually scheduled to post tomorrow!) – I LOVED it! I realized that I really like onions and tomatoes in guac. Great idea to have an Olympics party!
