Have a Healthier Thanksgiving

I know the holidays are the time to indulge for most, but I decided to prepare a healthier menu in case any of you want to have lighter fare at your Thanksgiving table. Or you may want to just have one or two healthy options to balance out the richer dishes. All of these dishes are sure to delight and would be great for any dinner party as well as your holiday tables. The menu is listed below and the recipes are to come in the upcoming days.     3. Sounds great! I am really interested in your recipe for the green beans. I was assigned the green vegetable this year and the maple pecan vinaigrette sounds like a nice change from the ordinary green bean casserole!
