Black Bean and Corn Dip (4 of 5)

Need a quick & easy appetizer for the Super Bowl this weekend? Then look no further! This dip was so full of flavor and super addictive! Plus, it uses pantry staples and comes together in a flash! I took it to my girls night and we ate the leftovers with quesadillas the next day.

Do you need to grease the dish? Making now and ready to bake. Help please!

  10. have you ever tried reheating, if so what temp and for how long. trying to make it before work (likely 5-6 hours) and then maybe reheat at the party?

    • I have reheated the leftovers in the microwave or you could bake at a low temp, like 250 to warm it up. Or you could just assembled everything in the dish & refrigerate it and bake it off right before the party? Hope that helps!

  11. When you say 1 (8oz) 1/3 less fat cream cheese, is that a typo? Do you mean 1/2 less fat?
