Rolo Pretzel Sandwiches

These Rolo Pretzel Sandwiches are a fabulous salty & sweet treat that is super easy to make! These are so fun and festive and would look great in treat bags to hand out to your family & friends. Plus, I love that the kids can really get involved and help make these. Sophie helped every step of the way and had the best time making them.

Ingredients:
Pretzel Squares
Rolo Candy
Almond Bark
Nonpareils or sprinkles

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Place pretzel squares on baking sheet. Unwrap rolos and place one on top of each pretzel square. Bake for 3 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately top with another pretzel square and press down to make a sandwich. Repeat for all squares. Allow to cool completely.

Once cool, place almond bark in a microwaveable dish and heat in 20 second increments until melted and smooth.

Lay out wax paper and place non-pariels in a small bowl.

Once almond bark has melted, dip the pretzel sandwiches half way into the almond bark and place on the wax paper. Immediately sprinkle with nonpareils. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes:
I made approx. 45-50 of these and used about 8 oz. of almond bark.
I stored these in the fridge and then brought them out to get to room temperature before serving.
