This Best Ever Crock Pot Queso Dip was truly amazing! So addictive and the perfect appetizer for a party or for game day. And so great because you make it in the crock pot for easy prep & serving and doesn’t take up room in your oven. This makes a large amount so it’s great for a big crowd.

Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 cup water
1 paket taco seasoning
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
32 oz. Velveeta cut into cubes
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Drain off excess liquid. Add in water & taco seasoning and heat over medium heat, stirring continually, until meat is coated & water has evaporated. Remove from heat.
Place the beef mixture, cream of mushroom, salsa & Velveeta to a 4-6 quart crock pot. Stir ingredients. Cover and heat on low approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until cheese has fully melted. Turn crockpot to warm setting during your event so that it stays warm & smooth. Stir well before serving with tortilla chips for dipping.
