Pizza Cups

Need a super easy appetizer, or fun lunch or dinner that kids and adults alike will love? Then these pizza cups are for you! These are so easy and take no time at all to put together. Plus they are delicious! Adam had some for lunch over the weekend and loved them! You could have two or three of these add a salad and you have a great meal!

Makes 8 cups

Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus additional for dipping
1/4 cup pepperoni slices, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup mushrooms, sautéed & chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheese, plus more for topping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together the pizza sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, & cheese. Stir together until incorporated. Set aside.

Roll out the crescent roll dough, pinch the triangles together and cut into 8 equal squares. Place a square of dough into the muffin tin and pinch the edges together until the cup is covered.

Spoon some of the pizza sauce mixture into each cup, dividing evenly. Top with additional cheese if desired.

Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, until golden brown and cheese has melted.

Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
